Our out-of-town Classes have been taught in many places, such as Klamath Falls, Oregon, Fairbanks, Alaska, and Lawrence, Kansas (to name a few) to groups of interested students for five day periods. Given a large, reasonably equipped kitchen with a gas stove any of the La Cuisine Sans Peur® courses can be brought to you, usually at a considerable saving compared to the same course if taken in New York City.
